Easy Oat Breakfast Cookies
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 (very ripe) bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (or semi sweet, which ever you prefer)
- Set oven to 350 degrees F
- In a large mixing bowl, mash up the bananas
- Add all remaining ingredients to the mashed bananas
- Mix well
- Make 1 – 1.5 in size dough balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
