Easy Oat Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
2 (very ripe) bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (or semi sweet, which ever you prefer)

Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl, mash up the bananas
Add all remaining ingredients to the mashed bananas
Mix well
Make 1 – 1.5 in size dough balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool & ENJOY!
