Did you know Mrs. Meyers is owned by S.C. Johnson?
Did you know that Tom’s is owned by Colgate-Palmolive?
Do you know what all of that means? They’re GREENWASHED.
Another company is Burt’s Bees … they are now owned by Clorox.
Most of these companies start out as clean ingredient companies. Then over time they are bought out by larger companies to sustain production in large box stores. Then, slowly their ingredients list starts to change.
Make sure you are reading your labels.
