This dip is packed with protein, full of fiber, and also delicious. This would be an amazing dip to bring to a party with your veggie try or incorporate into your lunch plate as your fiber filled carbohydrate.
- 2 cans (15oz) of white beans, drained
- 1/2 cup of Tahini
- salt, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- squeeze of lemon
- Handful of ice
- Throw all of your ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Optional- top with a drizzle of olive oil and paprika.
