White Bean Veggie Dip

This dip is packed with protein, full of fiber, and also delicious. This would be an amazing dip to bring to a party with your veggie try or incorporate into your lunch plate as your fiber filled carbohydrate.


  • 2 cans (15oz) of white beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup of Tahini
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • squeeze of lemon
  • Handful of ice


  1. Throw all of your ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Optional- top with a drizzle of olive oil and paprika.
  3. Enjoy!
